Each teaching unit:

According to the requirements of the Baosteel Education Foundation Secretariat's "Notice of the Review of the 2024 Baosteel Education Award" (Baoji Word (2024) No. 2) and the "Baosteel Education Award Implementation Rules"，The school will organize the application and recommendation of the 2024 Baosteel Education Award - Excellent Teacher Award，The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Object of declaration

Teachers who have been engaged in education and teaching for five years or more in our school。

2. Declaration conditions

1.Loyal to the party's educational cause, have a strong dedication and unity and cooperation spirit, dedication, noble ethics, rigorous learning, teaching and educating people。There is no moral misconduct。

2.Insist on working in the front line of teaching, in the past three academic years must "continuously" undertake undergraduate classroom teaching tasks;Complete 64 class hours or more of public basic courses or professional basic courses in each academic year (including undergraduate and graduate courses), and the teaching effect is good, well received by students and peers。

3.It has actively participated in the reform of education and teaching and the construction of teaching infrastructure, achieved remarkable results in the reform of teaching content, teaching materials, methods and means, won the provincial and ministerial level and above teaching achievement awards, or published education and teaching research papers in core journals and above journals, or has officially published teaching materials and monographs。

4.Focus on individualized teaching and the cultivation of students' "five abilities" (learning ability, innovation ability, practical ability, flexible use of knowledge, oral and written language expression ability)，And achieved remarkable results;Its direct training and guidance of students in scientific research, competition, design, innovative practice and social services and other activities to achieve outstanding results，Awarded provincial and ministerial level and above。

5.Have the academic level and scientific research achievements corresponding to the title, especially the ability to integrate frontier knowledge and scientific research results into teaching practice。

Third, the amount of reward

Baosteel Education Award - Excellent Teacher Award reward amount is 10,000 yuan/person, special prize reward amount is 100,000 yuan/person, special prize nomination award reward amount is 30,000 yuan/person。

Baosteel Education Award-Excellent Teacher Award recommenders, nominated by the school, can participate in the selection of Baosteel Education Award-Excellent Teacher Special prize。

Iv. Selection procedures and declaration requirements

(A) The school set up Baosteel Education Award review work leading group, responsible for the school Baosteel education award publicity, application, review and award work。

(2) Baosteel Education Award - Excellent Teacher Award shall be assessed by the school and reported to the Secretariat of Baosteel Education Foundation for the record after publicity。The school selects the nominees for the Special Prize of Baogang Education Award - Excellent Teacher Award from the Baogang Education Award - Excellent Teacher Award and recommends them to the Review Committee of Baogang Education Award。

(3) Declaration materials and submission methods

1.Summary of Applicants for Baosteel Education Award - Excellent Teacher Award (word version and stamped pdf version, see Attachment 1)。

2.Baosteel Education Award - Excellent Teacher Award Evaluation form (word version and signed and stamped pdf version, see Attachment 2), supporting materials。

3.The applicant submits the course schedule of the last three years (including undergraduate and graduate course schedule, exported from the system and stamped with the official seal of the college), pdf version。

4.College Party committee issued the applicant's ideological and political performance and teacher ethics review opinions, stamped with the college Party committee seal, pdf version。

Each teaching unit should pay attention to the applicant's ideological and political quality, comprehensively measure the applicant's performance in all aspects, and focus on the applicant's education and influence on the student's ideological and political quality, as well as the assessment of the training effect of the student's "five abilities"。And pay attention to the teachers engaged in basic course teaching and young and middle-aged teachers tilt。

The applicant teacher shall truthfully fill in the contents of the evaluation form. Once the award is obtained by dishonest means, the award will be revoked and the certificate and bonus will be recovered。
